Darren Asks: "I have been looking into going with Internet Crusade for email, but I have one big concern. How do you deal with the 100MB mailbox capacity? That seems very small to me. I would probably have it full before very long at all. Any input is appreciated."
Most people use Outlook or some other mail client to download their e-mails on to their hard drive. By default, every time you hit the Send/Receive button in a mail client, a copy of your emails are downloaded, then removed from the mail server. This works fine for most people-- as they don't need to access their e-mail via web very often.
Most people I work with like to leave some mail on the server in case they need to access it while they are away from their computer, so they change a setting that allows their email to reside on the server for however many days they choose. Usually 7 days is a good number as most people would have a hard time filling up the 100MB limit that quickly.
If you feel that you will work primarily with the web interface (and not use mail client software) you would have to delete emails every now and then in order to keep your mailbox below the limit-- but as I said, this isn't the route most people take.
I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions, or feel free to give our Customer Service team a call at 866-377-0627. Have a great day!

Darren - I've been using emailplus since before the beginning of time, and the limit has never been an issue for me. I am kinda anal about my email, so I use Outlook to download it onto my pc.
If you don't want to use outlook, why not use gmail? Have emailplus be your true email manager, and then forward copy of everything to gmail, or wherever.
I love having a 'back-up' of my emails in my emailplus account, as I sometimes manage to delete something from the outlook on both the computers I download to - kewl; it's still in my emailplus.
On top of that, IC are the absolute best when it comes to email matters - I can't count the times over the last 10 or so years that Mike Barnett or Ian or one of the other support folks have been there at all hours of any day when a problem has existed.
Yeah, gmail, etc. works, and I have about 20 different gmail accounts; they all forward to my emailplus.

I'll second that Chris. I've been using eMailPlus for years as well and never looked back as they say. Support is without equal. Kudos to the amigos for the product!

Hi Darren
I am amazed at the exceptional feedbacks that I have heard about people who are using EmailPlus particularly towards their support department. However the Price of 250$ per year does not justify just some kind of support.
i would have to imagine that most people are not aware of the fact that you can get all those features and MORE from Godaddy.com for less than 10$ per YEAR
If its support your interested in GoDaddy also has 24/7 support and if you need further support you can call/twitter me and you get responses fast.
I don't see any reason why you should take a 250$ jump for features that are free or almost free in most other places.
Warm wishes

Thanks for all the rsponses. I did forget to mention that my wife and I work as a team. We do a large REO volume and we use Ipods for when we are out of the office. We kind of need 2 mailboxes. We currently use gmail. I am worried about being able to have our emails on our PC and Iphones. Does hosted exchange sound like a better option?
