Incorporating in Delaware

Does anybody know a good company for incorporating in Delaware? I'm
also looking for a good source to research whether it is better to go
with an INC or LLC.

I used The Company Corporation to set up my LLC a few years ago. The signed me up for some annual service that my accountant does anyway but once I stopped that it wasn't too bad.

As far as which way to go? I needed the LLC to do corp-to-corp billing for my IT contract work. My accountant said it made no difference whether I incorporated in DE or PA (note that I am in PA as well) since I would be doing most of my business in PA, NJ and NY.

Waring Systems LLC is also an S-Corp now so it's not an either/or question.

Bottom line is to check with your accountant to see what's best for you.
