I noticed that emails that I sent in as a reply do not show up.
Any explanation to that fact?

John,

Verizon made several changes to their outgoing system too. Port has to be changed to 587, which I did to all my emails.
I had one email, which is an Verizon email address that I never use. I have to change the port there too, which I just did.
I hope you will receive this email now as a test case.
