I can't uninstall it because I can't install it because it says it cannot read the serial number during installation?

I had it installed, but messed up and did single-user install, then went to delete it and it wouldn't do automatic delete, so I did manual. Now it won't install.

I've followed Gary David Hall's recommendations (ola*.ini search), I've gotten rid of all references from the registry, it's not plugged in to the network, nor is the wifi turned on.

Emailed list of what files to search for to do 100% uninstall would be awesome.

I remember about 3 or 4 yrs ago, FNIS Support walked me thru a ton of manual deletes. I've not needed support since then, and likely won't need it for another 5 years, so am loath to pay them.

Anyone?
