I need an agent for this Sunday, 7/5/09, noon and perhaps part of Monday. I will supply a partial list of properties.

I will need:

Copies of all applicable contract documents.

Suggested additional listings to view.

Minimum of 2 beds, 2 baths (1.5 baths if space to change to 2nd full); $150K.

SFH is first choice but may need to look at Townhomes and/or Condos (should be FHA approved).

Closest to MUSC.

I am an agent in NC and will want a 25% referral back to us on the HUD.

Let me know ASAP.
