EXCELLENT ARTICLE! I too have a Facebook page and I have constantly stated here and the many other online communities, that it is for Networking NOT FOR PUSHING whatever it is that you want to Sell! People want to gain your trust and become to know you or what it is that you do . Please don't come to these on-line communties to PUSH Real Estate . If you want to PUSH your listings online then get your own website and I highly recommend that you contact Internet Crusade for that . Think about these online communties as a social event that you were attending in person . Would you go around that gathering with all of your Listings and Pushing them on everyone there ? I sure hope not !

Facebook helps me communicate with my old friends. I dont even think that without this network I would still be able to have contacts with them. Facebook has become the new MySpace. Ironic, since a few years ago, MySpace was touted as becoming the new Facebook. More people are joining the social networking site, and it's also a great place to advertise for a business - it's free advertising space, and social networks have become a marketing hotbed over the last few years. There are precious few opportunities for a business to have access to so many potential customers, which can be a great way to build customer rapport, as long as you aren't spamming anyone - customers hate that. And since the website is free to sign up for, a business can start advertising on Facebook without needing payday loans to start an ad campaign.
