I have been having ongoing issues with AA for the last few months. The issues were solved,This time was with my lsting, When they had the problem with getting the listing on it. I manually imputed my listing. Now it's not there anymore.

Another issue is with Intellicards,it was fixed last time, now I can't send it anymore, I use it to send out newsletters often, I have customers that want me to send out their advertisement,so I do. Now it's totally useless! I hope it gets resoved or I would have to find another one soon!

Any advice! thanks!

There are ongoing problems with AA. If you are losing your information from the Intellicards, that is money out the door for a potential client trying to contact you. First, go in and download all your contacts from Intellicards into a .csv file. The names are potential clients.

You can use a product called www.onletterhead.com for your emails, which is very robust and can plug into your Outlook, easier to manage.

Hope that helps.

Sincerely,

Here is some advice……..Leave Advanced Access! Now! Run Quickly and don't let them jack you up anymore! I had plenty of problems that they couldn't or wouldn't fix. My website wouldn't work and my e mail couldn't get to me so I had to switch my e mail in emergency time to Internet Crusade. After 2 weeks I finally gave up and wanted to cancel and I had been a customer for several years. They put the BEATDOWN on me for the final month even though my website and e mail were both down….absolutely refused to refund it. Here is what they wrote:

I am unable to issue a refund to your account according to our company policy; I was however able to offer your free products and services at the time you requested to discontinue your website hosting and services with us.

Thank you,

Vanessa Holguin - Quality Assurance Manager

Free products and services….FOR REAL? Such a generous and thoughtful offer…..Why would I want more of their services that didn't work? That was the reason I was leaving! What an absolute joke this company has become! I was an AA customer for years and they still felt like they had to take this last $39 from me even though I wasn't getting anything for my fees. EXTREMELY WEAK response from a company that will continue to struggle. There is no reason to stay and there are plenty of good options. Do yourself a favor and make a positive move forward. If it isn't a big enough crisis for you now with this company, it will be later!

I always loved my AA site. Had a few issues-even hackers? That made no sense, but it happened-they said, anyway that was the problem. I have found them less and less responsive. I quit. Looking for another, but not yet ready to make any commitment to any website provider until I know I can pay for it. To some that may seem backwards, but I saw no profit off my site as it was. I have a site with my company and it works best for now. Will see how it goes.

I left them 3 or 4 years ago when the email issues first started. They actually had the nerve to call me last week. I told them I was glad that I had left them and never once regretted it. Then I blacklisted their phone on my VOIP line :P

Sadly, for all of us that paid good money for an AA template site, it is not the company that it started out. It is not what we bought into. It is possible to trace the last day of the precipitous decline. It was the day that the original owners, with all of the great ideas and customer service, sold it to Dominion, a huge company that does not give a damn. Our AA site is up and it does have recognition on the search engines.
That is the only reason we keep it. We have put in years of effort to make this site work. We also have had good results with their Premium Marketing program, but I think I will probably be canceling it. We now get absolutely nothing from it.
It is too early to have bragging rites, but we recently put up a blogsite with Kinetic Knowledge, http://kineticknowledge.com/. So far, our viewings are up tremendously and our bounce rate is way down. Kinetic Knowledge is exactly like AA started out. Privately owned, well run and caring. Fabulous tutorials. Yes, I know it is possible to create a free blogsite with Wordpress or even create your presence on RealTown, but for us, we love what this company has to offer and the creative and caring personalities behind it.

I have also experienced many problems to the point of searching for another web host. However, the last time, that I actually held on for a supervisor, she did get my issues resolved. I'm still hanging on ... hoping things will continue to improve. If not, I shall be looking again. Definitely open to suggestions.
