RealTown has implemented a new feature that makes it easier to share content. It works in the following way. When copying and pasting an excerpt from a RealTown community discussion, article, or group post, the url where the content resides will automatically be included. When this url is visited, the text that was referenced will be highlighted. Here's a way to add content to your web site, blog, newsletter, or e-mail message.  You get the content, we get the inbound link.

Below is an example of a copy and paste from Matthew Ferrara's article in RealTown.com  "The Real Meaning of Days on Market"

>>
No matter how you slice it, the argument seems to revolve around how long it took a home to sell. Plenty of hairs can be split over how to calculate this number, but any choice would still be wrong. Because days on market has absolutely nothing to do with selling the home.

*Note: If the copy and paste feature doesn't appear to be working, try hitting Ctrl F5 to download an uncached version of the web page. This should resolve most issues.

Editor's Note
That's a neat tool, Brian. Everyone should give it a try. There's plenty of useful content on www.RealTown.com  Use the Search window to locate a topic of interest. Find a paragraph you like, copy and paste it into an e-mail message. If you want, send a copy to John@RealTown.com and let me know if you like this feature.John

How totally cool is that!

I stopped my social media course and installed Tynt.com tracer on my blog right then.

It only takes about 5 minutes to create an account at Tynt.com, create your code, and install it into most common blogging platforms.

Try copying something from my blog, KnoxvilleTennesseeRealEstateBlog.com and see how it works when you paste whatever you copied into an email or elsewhere.
