I really would like to take this a step further for those out here in RealTown that are looking for a good warranty company that will not jerk you around and not follow up on their work. Old Republic really takes care of the issue. They go out of their way to make sure that the client is happy and the vendor is paid in a timely fashion. I think this is huge considering that the slow pay from the other warranty companies plays a part in whether a vendor wants to even associate with a warranty company. I have vendors that I love to work with because they are honest and reputable, however, they have been hesitant in the past to work with a warranty company bacause of the sloow or non-payment of "pre-existing" stuff. Old Republic has ALWAYS been there for my clients, vendors and myself. Just my two cents worth for this company. I have tried them all and this one seems to still do a good business.
