I'm convinced that the twenty-five videos on my one of my real estate blogs (https://FinestNYRealEstate.com) has resulted in the various search engines ranking all of my websites and blogs high up on page 1 when I utilize certain keywords.
You wonder how I can be so sure? My oldest website is https://www.Selling-NewYork.com. What's so revealing about that particular website is the fact that it has NOT undergone any changes/additions/updating for over one year. Yet, when I search for certain keywords utilizing either Google.Com, Yahoo.Com, or Msn.com, that passive website consistently shows up on page 1 anyway.
I attribute these remarkable search engine placements for this old website to two buttons on its home page. Press one button and the viewer is transported to my video-heavy blog listed above. Press the second button and the viewer can search for thousands of current properties via my link with the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island (broker reciprocity link).
On January 27, 2009 and once again on February 20, 2009, I conducted research on google, yahoo, and msn utilizing eight (8) different keywords related to my real estate business. Attached below are those results. You will notice that there were very few changes in page one rankings for my various websites and blogs between the two different research dates.
What so incredible about these high page one rankings is the fact that they result without paying a SEO company or any pay per click services. The cost to my firm has been zero. Just some time adding entries on my blogs and filming amateur-type videos of listings. My advice to real estate agents and brokers who read this entry is add a video for every one of their listings and see tangible results in page one rankings.
