Karen, How did you first get to do one, were you asked. Is there a form someone can send me. I would like to see what the form looks like compared to a CMA. Are they difficult to do? Self explanitory or did you have someone show you how to do it? I

I currently do BPO's. I don't make a lot of money, usual amount is about $45.00 per BPO and it only takes about 2 hours or less. It gives me a little extra income to help pay for my real estate business between sales. Times are hard and some money is better than nothing. I have learned so much about the market in my area from doing BPO's and feel it is benefit to me.

On the same note... I keep getting emails for the BPO wealth system.. Have any of you bought the program?? They want $69.00 to hook you up.. does that seem reasonable or more to the point.. do you think its probable to get business? I refuse to pay anybody for buyer leads, and have expressed my opinion on REPLY!.com and househunters.com and the dozens of others but just wondered about this and if its just another way for money to be made at my expense.. Yes, I am a skeptic to the point I may pass up ligit opportunities, but given what I have been reading I guess I am going to have to branch out.. kicking and screaming.. and do BPO's, short sales and REO's. (I still say I can make a living with buyer's but lots of info is coming out this week regarding GNP and consumer confidence, not that it will be any surprise.. we all know it will be in the toilet...)
