Mike,
What capabilities are you looking for in a team website?
Point2 Agent provides you with multiple logins to one website. All team members can enter their own listings and get their leads directly. There is also the ability to disseminate leads that are generated from the site without being associated with a specific listing.
Besides lead/listing management, what other things would you like a team website to do?

You could probably make an ImagePro website work well for you. Very easy for
both the public to use, and for the realtor to set up and use. It includes
room for several profiles and separate web pages. Very affordable. Here is
the site: http://www.imageprowebsite.com/

My idea of a good team website is one that generates enough leads so it results in income to any team member who does proper follow-up. Every team member having their own site dilutes the effort unless they are all individually optimtized and generate enough leads to justify the additional site expense, maintenance, updates, etc.
As Kathleen stated, what other things would you want a team site to do?

If that's your goal, Drew, then you need a website that can control listings and leads like Point2. And, you need to make sure you structure the site to speak to your target market, to contain the type of information your target market is looking for, and to have good calls to action and compelling propositions. Then, you have to make sure you're at the top of the search engines for effective keywords.
From my perspective, given a website that is flexible and can be optimized for search engines, whether the site generates enough leads to keep a team happy is a matter of what you do with it.
The only disadvantage of having one site for a team is that it's difficult to really target the site because usually, different team members go after different target markets. And, getting to the top of the search engines can be difficult if the team covers a wide geographic area. If your team does decide to have individual sites, keep in mind that with the Point2 Handshake, you can easily display all your team's listings on all of the websites, even if the listings are being entered by each team member.
Those types of capabilities are the reason why we picked Point2 as our recommendation for real estate websties. They provide a wide range of features at a reasonable price. And, the sites can start small and grow, or handle a team or a brokerage effectively.

I created a Point2Agent custom site recently for the Colorado Springs
team of Nancy Murray and Ann Knoll. They did a great job targeting
families interested in northern Colorado Springs' Academy School
District 20, which combines the Air Force Academy schools and public
schools. Though the site and domain are both fairly new, Nancy and Ann's
great content combines with a little pay per click to generate nice
traffic, and the site brought them a new contract within a couple of
weeks of launch. Their school district info as well as great subdivision
text content are great for attracting search traffic. Nancy and Ann
wanted the site to be focused more on the school district than on
themselves, so it may not be obvious at first glance that it is a team site.
Few agents understand the importance of original, informative text
content to attracting search visitors and enticing people to come back
time and again for more information; this site is a great example of a
pair of agents who've put in the time and effort to get it right.

A team should become their own lead generator: a good website for a team is a comunity blog where each team member is in charge of moderating, seeding a discussion: fior instance:
<city><state>comunity.info

Marketing doesn't cost, it pays. Make sure you can track all the business, not only through you, but team members as well. If it doesn't pay for itself, it doesn't matter how many leads you get. It's how many you close.
The Point2 Premium Package allows you to assign and track leads from start to finish. It can also track all of the listings through the listing syndication system.
Go to http://Point2Agent.RealTown.com and look at the feature sets.
