Dirk - Count me in. I especially like the queue concept. Right now I use pingfm to update my social networking sites at eh same time and use postlets and point2 to submit listings to a number of sites at the same time. For me the biggest problem with social networking is time management; so anything that makes the experience more efficient is welcome.

Dirk, sounds to me like it is worth more than $29/year.  If an agent can't figure that out and come up with the $29, they won't use it anyway. The ones who won't want to pay for it are the same ones who have not figured out that a website properly done can be a substantial income generator.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Thanks again to all, Pam, Drew, Arthur, Malcolm.

@Pam, again, we'd like to get feedback from you, as we develop
this.

@Drew, thanks for the pricing feedback. It's not often that someone
says "it's worth more". :) As always, those who apply the right elbow
grease will get the rewards. We want to price this in a way the
generates some buzz and use.

Thanks to all of you - It looks like we'll defnitely be moving this
project to the front burner...Hopefully beta versions by end of
month!

Or current development project is a Real Estate Blog Comment
Assistant (tm). Please look for a new thread with that title, and
details....We plan to have a beta version ready by tomorrow!

Best regards,

I'd be very interested in your system to use the social networks.  I'm so unindated with keeping up with the internet, I could use all the help I could get.

I'm new to these blog's but would think the Buyers or Sellers would only find Realtors from Searches and ads, etc. Saul, are you able to provide data from methods that are generting Leads from Facebook, myspace, and other networking sites. What are the IT people's opinion of how leads are being generated from buyers or sellers.

Editor's Note
We have had numerous posts on our lists over the last 2 years or so. It is ablut people finding people. Saul

More on Social Networking....

I've been taking this hula hoop fitness class for a couple of weeks - It's a blast and I highly recommend it if it's offered in your area. At any rate, there's a girl in the class who said that she recognized me, but couldn't remember where from. Last week she tells me that she's figured it out - she is a subscriber on website and gets my e-newsletter.

She's not in the market right to buy or sell right now, but loves to look at properties online... She initially found my site on Google and likes it best. She says that she's recommended my site to others too.

I just thought it was kinda cool that I was recognized. Made me feel like I was doing something right.
