To address questions and concerns about the syndication of listings and Handshake, we can help you with choosing where your listings go.

Users of Point2 Agent are all able to choose exactly which sites listings show up on.

For Syndication, after entering a listing, each partner is selected individually after entering the listing. However, over 99% of listings in total are sent to all partners, giving the listing a better chance to be found.

For Handshake, agents manage and choose which agents to share listings with. If one wants to limit their listings to sites within a specific area, they only need to Handshake with agents within the desired area.
