I would like to thanks all the RT members who always contribute to share ideas and knowledge, specially in the market we are having this last 2 years.

I usually read the comments, however today I would like to ask.

is anyone familiar with Fidelity Assets and their PPC program? I just read something about them and looks OK, but I would like some feedback.

Thanks.

Diana Cotayo.

Tampa, Florida.

Lots of good advice here. I always cite the statistic (from Forrester Research) showing that fully 2/3 of web shoppers will not choose Pay per Click; organic is first choice by a whopping margin. Nonetheless, some agents love the stuff, but we find most agents like great organic search placement more.

What one must remember about PPC is that it does no permanent good for you; your site remains unoptimized, your placement disipates instantly when you stop paying, and you are only gaining position (PAID POSITION) on ONE of the major search engines while organic puts you on all seven of the majors. While Google has about 65% of all searches, Yahoo and MSN and even AOL produce real buyers, too, organically.

We have many clients who have managed to stop their addictions to PPC and save large amounts of money with better results by going organic. Without sounding too "sales-y"" I would ask yourself if you can handle $185 a month in your budget, because if you can, you should go organic and have PERMANENT first page ORGANIC placement. It is way better.

Not only that, but organic can have you found on up to 500 different searches on the first pages for the one price. PPC requires careful managing of your keywords; organic search does all that for you.

While I cannot be said to be totally objective, I am fairly knowledgeable about real agents overall experiences, and while PPC can jump start something, organic will make you succeed online, if coupled with lead capture and good advice. Good luck!

Could you explain in layman terms? How do we do organic? We are spending over $500/mo for PPC. We get leads and we have some good.
Thanks,

Hi Bonnie,

This is a good place to start for Google Seminars in your area.  I love working with ppc, and was pretty much rung out by the end of the day.  Well worth the money and you will learn so much!
