Has anyone has good results with an artist that will take a photo of a home and do a pen and ink drawing.  I would like to have one done as a house warming gift.  Thanks,  Jackie Nary  Keller Williams Elite Realty.

Jackie, pen&ink pictures are simple for anyone with decent artistic abilities and a projection gadget for perspectives.

Any art student would jump for joy at receiving your order. I would ask them to do two versions, so you'll have a choice.

OTOH, if you have a good photo editing program, you can do your own.... if you play with the program, you can do Andy Warhol-type pictures, or negative/positive-image pictures, or even pen&ink-look pictures.... so much fun too!
