I started a newsletter drip campaign-- CLIENT DIRECT (free). I am in front of the client at least once a month. IT WORKS.

Dinah, I too, use this newsletter. I am unsure if this is only an offering by the California Association of Realtors (CAR) or also used by other Associations? I do not use it for promoting my team or listings. The newsletter has an educational focus and information about local sales that people say they really like. After the first round of unsubscribes people have stayed with me. My distribution list is about 700 residents of a specified community. I use some of the supplied articles but add others I find more germane to my client list. Doing this takes time, but it is well worth it. I do find the software to be very slow and cumbersome, however, I am grateful for the ability to use this for marketing. As with most good things, it is sure to get better with time. Should you or others in this group wish to view what it looks like you can view my current edition. A link can be found half way down my home page, http://www.judyandnelson.com/. For some reason when it is imported into the web frame on my site the format looks a bit different (I just noticed that). It gets delivered via an email link and when it is opened via this delivery mode it looks ok. CAR members can sign up for this at www.clientdirect.netI would love to hear from anyone else who uses this.

Thank you for the idea, but when I went to the site I had to register for $149 to see anything-examples, etc. How may I see what it offers without committing at cost?
Thank you-

Great free newsletter, but unfortunately free only for member of the California and Virginia association of REALTORS. The service may be purchased at clietdirect.net for $149.99 per year.

I have used this newsletter for about 2 - 3 years. It has brought me several prospects/leads/referrals and requests to be added to my newsletter. I have never tracked to ratio of P/L/R's to closed transactions, but it has been quite a few. It amazes me how many people by-pass FREE good stuff. We are very fortunate in California to have such great organizations and MLS's.
