Does anyone have a Managing Broker Agreement form or sample they would share with me?  I have been offered a managing broker position and I want to get all the terms in writing and signed by the owners to protect myself.  This is all happening very fast and any and all help would be appreciated.

Hello Leisel, I have seen them simply done as a drafted letter of employment spelling out the details of your agreement, such as salary, override, etc. It would be nice to get an actual employment contract, but that might depend on what state you live in. California, for example, is an "at will" state meaning you can be let go at will :-(
Good luck. Glenn
