I have found that FSBO and non-FSBO prospects alike absolutely love 450 Ideas To Help Your Home Sell Faster

I bought this ebook and found it to be a great tool. I recently got 2 FSBO listings after I provided them this book along with some other fsbo information I sent out. It also helped me to successfully list another property in the area I farm, but where I was competing with another agent.

It is long, but sellers really like it.
