RealTown's RealTalk

Our MLS (out of Minneapolis, MN) is looking at partnering with ListingBook.com.  It appears to have some great functions and the basic version (which offers a lot of features) is free to it's members.  Supposedly they have been in numerous MLS's and I'm wondering if anyone has had experiences good or bad.  http://www.listingbook.com

Listingbook is truly a benefit. It's free to try and packed full of benefits for the real estate agent... what do you have to lose by trying it out?

I know you posted this in 2008... have you tried Listingbook yet?
