In this day and age, agents are STILL ignoring e-mailed requests for their assistance? I find this amazing, especially at a point in our evolution as an industry and given current market conditions.
I have two personal properties to put on market. One is handled, but it took 3 months to find an agent to reply to my e-mailed request for help. I need and want someone who responds fast. I was shocked to find that most don't respond AT ALL. I prefer e-mail correspondence so I can multi task. (I am a lot like our clients! Except more cooperative. :) )
My notes are straightforward. I am immediately IDd as a broker and I am not asking for a referral fee, just help me sell my property.
The second one, I am on agent number 4 now!
Yep. FOUR have failed to respond. I contacted the first one, who I was acquainted with prior, via her website. No response. Second note, directly. No response.
Agent 2, via her website, no response.
Agent 3, via ePRO roster! E mail addie not active.
Agent 4, via ePRO roster. No response! Day 4 now.
I have a 36 acre parcel between Mc Neal and Tombstone, AZ. I want to sell it, no overpricing, no fuss no muss, no cut commission, no referral fee, just help me get r done.
I WILL respond . . . :)
