Thank you for the feedback. With the latest release of Market Snapshot we have removed the 5 mile radius. In fact, to better reflect true market trends, the map now populates up to 100 listings; active and sold based on the most recent status (listed or sold) and fans out from the address and the immediate surroundings to the rest of the zip code.

I have looked into Market Snapshot and have mixed feelings about it.  I think it would be great in certain areas but no so in others.  The snapshot is a 5 mile range of the area.  While this may work for some areas, it does not work so well in my area.  The price of homes vary drastically over a short range.  If a 5 mile range works for your area, I think it would be a great tool!!!
