Business Week did a feature a little bit ago on the best suburbs. Just like a rave review for a restaurant on Yelp, this is a great point to market to buyers and sellers!!

IDX is one way to capitalize on these areas, even if you might not specialize in them. If the suburb is in your MLS it will appear in your IDX feed. If you use a program like IDXPro, the listings will even be branded with your contact information.

They have already done all the calculations and research (the hard part) all you have to do is fit it into your on-line presence.
