My Comments:

When I went to your site, I approached it as if I were a consumer and asked myself what I would want to see.  First of all, I would like to see a larger photo of the complex.  This is the place you’re promoting.  Show it off.

The blue banner at the bottom should be larger, more prominent, and less wordy.  Just emphasize the MAIN points – 100% Complete, Incentives – what are they?

I like the floor plans especially because they are actually large enough to be able to see – you know these Florida people and those elderly people heading here need big print!! J

None of the buttons on the left-hand side do anything.  They are not functioning – so either use them to change pages or get rid of them.

I would add some links or specific information about the community/area – links to golf information, charters, restaurants and shopping in the viciinty, etc.

I think buyers would also want to see at the very least some ballpark prices of the units.  I would also like to see a photo of the exterior elevation of EACH model as well as MORE photos of the interiors of the models.

Please post again if you modify the site – I’d like to see more.  And being in Florida, too, it’s possible I’ll be able to send you a referral one day.
