Yes, in Michigan today we are snowed in and it's still coming down. I have plenty of FSBO's and Expired's to work on, blogs to write, listings to service etc. But, I was thinking, how about making a snowed in day list, those of you in warm areas can call it rainy day list. Just think if each of us contributed 2-3 items, all the ideas we would have at our finger tips for the future, called the Snowy Rainy Day List.

1. Call your mother
2. Re-work your ads, remarks section on listings
3. Update your Profiles on all sites, blogs, social sites
4. Send an email to all prospects about the Interest Rate Drop
5. Get rid of clutter in your office.

We've had more snow in Boise, ID than I have seen since I moved here in 1990.  My shoveling muscles are getting a good workout, so I'll add to the Snowy Rainy Day List:

6.  Update your Listing Presentation
7.  Call your Prime Sphere
8.  Catch up on your business reading list
9.  Clean up and file away your closed files
10. Work on a new system (or hone an old one) for something that is not running smoothly

I bet we can get to 100 things if we try...

One of the most productive things you could do on a snowy rainy day is prospect expired listings, they're the best way to improve your business. Check out the RedX, its a service that saves you a ton of time when prospecting by doing the research for you. It comes with a great leads manager as well. Here's the website if you want to check it out. www.theredx.com
