Hi Everyone,
It the time of year that I like to take some continuing education. Last year, I took the ACRE course and found it to be EXCELLENT. I was able to apply it to my practice immediately.
I am considering taking some sort of seller representation course, and there seems to be at least 3 out there to choose from; Accredited Seller Representative course, the Seller Representation Specialist course, and the Certified Home Marketing Specialist course.
If you have taken any of these courses, please post your opinion!

Editor's Note Vince, I'd go with the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) program that was created by Adorna Carroll, Bruce Aydt and Steve Casper. We are familiar with SRS because we developed the online version on our platform. http://ic.srscouncil.com/John
