Sandy,

Actually there is an easier way to load Supra, just go to your web browser on your Smartphone and enter www.ekeymobile.com .  This way all the apps are installed directly to the phone with out going thru your computer.  After you load go to www.supraekey.com sign in with your key number and pin code and find the authorization code.  Total time about 10  minutes.

You might want to check out our new group http://www.realtown.com/groups/post/list/group/88 which covers Smartphones.  You also should check out my website I have pages of info about your device and Supra.

I have had a Treo for 2 years. Both Palm and Windows versions, and I can't stand either.

My sentiments exactly. I've always had a Palm and loved it. When our association changed to the Supra, I immediately chose the Treo for the Palm and also being able to using with MLS. I had a Treo with Sprint and it was awesome. I never had any problems. The carrier service was another issue. I live out away from major city so didn't get good service. I was forced to forward my phone to my home number which cost me $.20 per minute. I was spending an additional $100 per month so changed to Verizon. This carrier is the best for our area. I purchased a Treo 700p expecting it to be as good if not better than my 650. Boy, was I shocked. I've only been with Verizon for 9 months and I'm on my fourth Treo. The fourth I went with Windows based but not any better. I now can't even download my Outlook. Verizon will not even let me pay to upgrade to a new phone. Like you, I had a buyer meet me at a $1M listing and she had driven over 40 miles and guess what, Key wouldn't let me open lock. I was so embarrassed. I had to call another agent and wait for them to drive down to let us in. I drove straight to Verizon store and they would not even help me.

I'm at a loss at this point and looking for any out.

Dear Cheryl:

I don't know where you live, but it sounds like the Verizon store in my Hilton Head Island/Bluffton area! They do not care at all about helping you unless you want to purchase a new phone. They are by far the worst at customer service of any business I have ever encountered. Maybe if enough of us complain something will get done! I have certainly done my share of complaining over the years but nothing changes. Unfortunately, they are the dominate server in this area. I hope this will change by the time my contract is up because I will definitely go with another carrier!

I had a treo 650 a couple of years ago and had lots of problems. Verizon replaced it several times with reconditioned ones. They finally gave up and sent me a new one in the sealed box. I took it in to the store and swapped it for an audiovox pocketpc which I like better although even this has been replaced by Verizon. I find that for PDA's I don't go to the store. I call the 800 number and get much better service. I have ordered my pda's this way and have called for tech support. My 2 year plan is up but before I decide what to do I want to see the Blackberry Thunder that is coming out with Verizon in the next few months.

Hey guys, I have had a Treo with windows for over a year, and I
love it. It beats the Blackberry hands down. My service with Verizon
is tops as well. Now if you have certain questions about the TREO, you
will have to contact TREO, because Verizon can't answer them. But as
far as the service, I don't ever drop calls, and I get service here in
Texas, all over the U.S. As well as Germany, England, Italy,Spain and
France. The TREO is also the only phone to have your keycard built
into it .
I know we each experience different things, and I am sorry you
havn't had good luck. But if you look at the survey's taken, Verizon is
the number one customer satisfation carrier. I hope your luck turns
around.

I had the Treo 700P for about 6 months. I had every issue you could think of - went through 5 phones, all refurbished of course. I finally got a really nice person at the 800 number. She told me they were experiencing all kinds of issues with that phone and upgraded me to the 755P. What a difference, no issues so far and I have had it about 30 days.

I made the mistake of going in to one of the Verizon stores at one point and got nowhere fast! I agree that all they want is to help you purchase a new phone. Even at that, they are pushing certain phones on you - no matter what your needs. I have been a Verizon customer for about 10 years or so and have always gotten much better service calling tech support than going in. I too am looking forward to seeing the Blackberry Thunder. There is a lag time on the Treo in getting my e-mails even though I have it set to come right through and I am not happy with the internet access. If the blackberry could just open my lockbox!

Hi, Not sure if you have Cricket in your area. What I did was I bought a 6800 HTC Mogul from Sprint but flashed it to be compatible with Cricket due to their low prices. It works great for me.
