I am considering a Blackberry Pearl or an 8830.  Possibly a Motorola. Does anyone have any feedback they can share?  Pros/Cons? What you like or don't like?

I just went from a Treo to a Blackberry 8703e.  I love it.  I was at the Verizon store 2 days before the release of the Pearl so they showed it to me.  The keyboard on the Pearl is very small.  If you are like most realtors, you are going down the highway and calling people.  The keyboard on the 8703e is very user friendly.  The email functions are excellent.

Blackberry pearl or Moto Q

I have had my BB pearl (8830) for 4 months now. It has increased my responsiveness by several orders of magnitude. I have 3 email accounts that are pushed into it and my clients are amazed at the speed of response.
The user interface is a rapid
One to learn and is quite powerful.
This one gets a big thumbs up.

Stay away from the Motorola Q. I drop calls all the time while my wife & son have 2 or 3 bars on regular flip phones. I've gone through 3 heavy duty batteries in 9 months. It's a total waste of money.

I have a Motorola Q 9h from AT&T, which has the newer 6.0 Windows operating system that supports hyperlinks. I like the larger buttons, ease of operation and I do not have any trouble with dropped calls.  Use your computer to check it out . I love it!
P.S. - One problem: The home screen doesn't let you know if your blue tooth is on, or off.

I had a pearl and I loved it...until it went for an unscheduled swim.  I upgraded to the new Blackberry Curve 8310.  It has a full keyboard and a bigger screen.  A 2.0 megapixel camera with a flash.

I agree these phones have helped with my productivity as well.

I have my sevice with AT&T and the people in the store even helped me set it up to my computer.
