What about the I-Phone? Is it just fun and games or can it be used as a serious business tool?

I recently purchased an iphone and basically threw out my laptop. This is no toy it is a serious business tool. Why?

I love the idea of the I-Phone? But what about the new Instinct? How does it compare to the I-Phone? I went and demoed the Instinct in the Sprint Store and wasn't sure about the loudness of the speaker phone, but otherwise (not including battery life), thought it was really good too. I have never had a smart phone, so I am looking for some feedback if anyone has tested the Instinct, please.
