We at CVR MLS currently contract with ListHub.net to provide a broker-level syndication service to our brokers. It has worked well and been well received. Only the broker has access and can use it to automatically and electronically distribute their listings across the internet. The two main points are:

1. Broker retains control. Listings can go to all sites or whichever the broker chooses.

2. ListHub insures compliance with the newly enacted Internet Display rules.

It is simple and effective.
