This again puts MLS in a tough spot in consideration of the DOJ requirement to ensure homeowners can opt-out of the comments on a VOW. It's like rowing against a tide. One regulation comes up and then there is a revolutionary shift on the Internet. You can't blame Google, they didn't get the memo from NAR or the US Dept of Justice.

Thinking deeper, there is no conflict since the website may not be a VOW anyway!
