Good Day,

Has anyone dealt with this issue?

California model MLS rules (which our MLS uses) state that CSO (commission to the selling office) must be stated in either a dollar amount or a percentage, but …

…customarily on commercial leases, CSO varies depending on the length of the lease. i.e.: X% of the first year's lease, X-Y% of the second year, X-Z% of the third year, etc. Has anyone dealt with how agents are supposed to enter the commercial CSO and still stay within the bounds of the MLS rules?
