Hello, what fields does your MLS give to third party vendors who desire an IDX feed? Some of our members are requesting more fields/features to be released to the IDX vendors arguing that more information is always better. However some other members disagree using the argument that if you give them all the information then the customer will not call the agent to find the "right" property if the one they are looking at is not a perfect fit.

So my question is...What does your MLS offer to IDX vendors as far as fields/features to use for MLS search on web pages?
