Remarks violation filters

Can anyone recommend a program they currently use to filter out remarks in MLS listings that may cause a listing to be in violation of HUD laws, etc., before they are sent over the Web?

I have some clients who use iMapp's iCheck software. See www.imapp.com. The WAV Group's annual technology report lists a couple other providers. See www.wavgroup.com to get a free copy of WAV Group's report. (Pages 81-84 discuss this type of product.)

I also have a couple MLS clients who have developed 'home-grown' database applications to do this work. At least one of them has licensed its product to other MLSs, though it is not marketing its tool. Contact me if you want me to put you in touch with them.
