Hi everyone,
Years ago we began to collect the links of the public sites of all the MLSs that have public MLS sites. We accumulated over 800 links. Once a year we ask our friends to check our aggregation of links to see if their MLS is represented and if it is, if the link is the correct link.

In checking you list for North Carolina, I see that the Brunswick County Association of Realtors (www.bcarnc.com) and the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors (http://www.wrar.com/ ) is missing.

I checked this site for "North Carolina" and find that our MLS is not listed as of yet. How do we get listed as well.....Pitt/Greenville MLS ?

Using the domain name “PublicMLS.realtown.com” suggests that the public has access to the MLS through this site. Please change the domain name to better reflect what it actually is. Something like: “ListingSearch.Realtown.com”

I am also distressed Internet Crusade using “MLS” in the domain name. It is misleading to te public and doing a dis-service to the real estate professionals. They should know better.

In Virginia, the listing for “HomesDataBase.com”, while accurate, doesn’t reflect the area covered. Seems like “Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, would be a tad more accurate.

Not sure if this is the right "community" to be in, but speaking of MLS, I am having a very tough time getting my MLS feeds on to homes.com. There have been several conversations back and forth via email from our local MLS board to homes.com and still feeds are not working. Does anyone have any experience with this? What is the homes.com story? They claim to feed to growing sites, but I think point2.com does the same. Comments? Help?

Saul,when I checked to see if our MLS was listed, I was pleasantly surprised to see it and not the other one farther upstate. I'm looking forward to using Real Town.
