I+do+not+like+my+MLS+system+but+it+works.++We+switched+in+July+of+2006+to+Innovia.++The+system+is+not+flawless+but+it+is+pretty+good.++I+see+all+these+threads+from+people+complaining.++My+reapply+is+if+it+is+to+diffucult++for+you+get+out+of+the+business.++I+am+sick+of+dealing+with+agents+who+do+not+know+the+first+thing+about+real+estate.++I+did+not+get+licensed+to+educate+other+people.++I+got+licensed+to+make+a+living+and+enjoy+the+freedom+of+being+self+employed.++The+only+reason+the+discount+brokerages+have+been+able+to+carve+a+niche+out+for+themselves+is+crummy+realtors.++I+constantly+am+taking+classes+in+this+and+that+to+stay+up+to+speed+and+remain+knowledgeable+about+all+the+change+and+proposed+changes+in+our+market+and+business.++I+am+a+single+man+and+for+men+starting+out+this+is+a+tough+business.++I+am+not+trying+to+offend+any+one+and+if+I+have+please+forgive+me+I+am+just+fed+up.
