%3Cp%3EI+am+really+surprised+how+few+MLS+providers+actually+use+conditional+logic+in+their+MLS+search+and+data+entry+fields.%3C%2Fp%3E%0D%0A%3Cp%3EFor+example%2C+when+you+enter+a+listing+with+a+certain+zip+code%2C+it+should+automatically+narrow+down+the+choices+for+schools+in+that+zip+code+instead+of+making+you+choose+from+all+available+schools.%3C%2Fp%3E%0D%0A%3Cp%3EThe+same+type+of+conditional+logic+could+be+used+when+entering+listings+on+a+3+bedroom+home+by+automatically+greying+out+the+input+fields+for+bedrooms+4-7%2C+etc.%3C%2Fp%3E%0D%0A%3Cp%3EI+know+it+is+labor+intensive+to+tie+these+bits+of+conditional+logic+together+to+start+with%2C+but+in+our+MLS+we+have+over+7%2C000+members%2C+so+taking+the+time+up+front+to+do+this+would+save+7%2C000+time+down+the+road.%3C%2Fp%3E%0D%0A%3Cp%3EWe+use+Paragon+by+Fidelity+National+Information+Systems+and+for+the+most+part+they+are+pretty+good%3B+however%2C+they+have+been+extremely+lacking+in+this+area.%C2%A0%3C%2Fp%3E%0D%0A%3Cp%3EDoes+anyone+Lack+of+conditional+logic+rules+in+most+mls+progra...
