%3Cp%3EMLSs+and+Associations+are+very+lucky.+Generally+they+have+loyal+staffs+that+have+worked+together+for+many+years.+Turnover+is+rare.+All+of+that+can+lead+to+cohesive+teams+that+work+well+together%2C+especially+in+crisis+times.+It+also+means+they+know+the+subscribers+well+and+the+customers+know+them+too.%3C%2Fp%3E%3Cp%3EThat%27s+the+good+news.+The+bad+news+is+that+it+can+sometimes+lead+to+stagnation.+We+hear+often+about+%22that+one%22+on+the+staff+that+has+a+bad+attitude+sloppy+work+habits%2C+poor+work+ethic+or+worse+yet+provides+very+poor+customer+service.+If+you+have+one+of+those+types+of+employees+on+your+staff+what+are+you+doing+about+it%3F+Are+you+documenting+their+shortcomings%3F+Are+you+providing+them+with+training%3F+Are+you+outlining+quarterly+development+plans+and+then+reviewing+and+documenting+them+when+they+don%27t+meet+their+goals%3F+And+of+course%2C+once+you+have+documented+their+failings+are+you+getting+
