Fort Worth is booming! Whats it like where you are?

I am a Realtor in the Fort Worth TX area and have been shocked at how busy it still is this late in the year. It could be tax credit, it could be a strong local economy, lower cost of living or a mixture. What I want to know, where are you and how is your market? Why do you think its that way?

Congrats to you! Sioux Falls SD is doing great! I think we have always been protected from the "not so good" things that hit other parts of the US. We are very conservative here. I think the tax credit has been a huge influence on the large number of homes that have sold these last few months. I am not sure if it has been a record breaker or not but I am guessing that it has been.
