This is my first attempt at working with WordPress. I'd appreciate any tips/recommendations you all might have. Also, what PlugIns might be a good fit for this site? I must say - I like the price!

Hi Stephanie,

just checked out your WordPress blog. Looks great to me. I wish I could be of more help and suggest more tips etc. I am new too. Hopefully as we grow together we'll both learn more.

Thanks for sharing.

Kay

Hi Stephanie,

On your Share / Save button (like the one on this page http://stephaniecrawford.net/2009/09/nashville-home-buyers-credit-score-update/ ) You will likely get more activity if the buttons are visible. In other words the Facebook and Delicious links would be available without a visitor having to hover over the button. I would just make the major social networking sites available. Using a hover for the other ones would be fine.

Great looking site. I like the use of white space a lot.

Brian, that's a fine recommendation about using a better looking SocNet buttons. I saw some once that moved in a wavy pattern when you hovered over them. I may try to find that one.
