To make sure Google is crawling all of the pages on your website you'll want to have a sitemap that includes all of the urls on your site. A simple way to do this is to create a text file with the urls and upload it to the root directory of your website. To get a list of urls you can use a link checker like Xenu Link Sleuth xenus-link-sleuth.en.softonic.com/
When the program is done checking your site for broken links it will generate a report with a list of urls that can be submitted to a search engine. Copy these urls into a text editor such as notepad and save the file. Google requires that the file be saved as UTF-8. This option is available in Notepad by clicking Save As and then selecting UTF-8 in the Ecoding drop down list. After you have created this file upload it to the root directory of your website.
Then log into your google account and submit the sitemap under the Webmaster Tools section.
