Is your Google profile set for public view? Do you have security concerns? Sometimes wonder about having too many profiles out there in CyberSpace & is that a valid concern?

I've had a google profile for months now with text, photostream, video and all. I've yet to see that profile pop in any search for myself. I don't think they offer much optimizing power- but it can't hurt to have one.

I just did a Google search for "Stephanie Crawford" and your Google profile appears first at the bottom of the page.

Brian, I took your advice and filled out the form for a Google Profile. Have no idea if it is saved or not. I clicked on Create Profile so I hope that saved it and sent it out into the blogosphrere or where ever it goes. Tried to add a picture but somehow lost the whole page. Jody Hood

Yes. I have a Google profile about me and my real estate services. You can fill out a description of who you are and what you do; you can add links too. If you want to be found on Google, it's a good idea to get your own profile.
