I have checked out many of the companies listed. I didn't want to spend to much money at first so I went with a free template website witch worked for a while, they gave me 10 free pages. Then I decided to get the regular version and I must say that it is great, the lead capture notifies me right away, I can see if someone is on my website, you can track traffic, customer service is great(even for the free one). For a pro it might not be a great site but if you don't want to spend all day working on your site it is great.

Although I am a mortgage broker now I also used their agent site which is just about the same thing.

I steer clients from Z57 - their sites are not the best to optimized compared to other sites that are out there.

Now, you can use WordPress.org software to build a great site, which contains contact management, etc.

for the lisitng syndication component, I recommend vFlyer and Postlets - BOTH

I steer clients away from them - not the easiest to optimize

Wordpress.org makes a great site, less cost and you can build a contact management with it too.

Use postlets and vFlyer (BOTH at the same time) for your listing syndication
