I am trying to get information on BPO's.  ie Where to get instructional material, who to contact, appropriate pricing and basically how to start.  There are several websites that offer material at a cost.  Any ideas or experience?

I believe the information on BPO (Broker Pirce Opinion) is the qualifications requested by individual lenders.  i would contact a few Lenders in our area and ask them how to get on their approval list.  based on your experience they will use your services or not.  They will have their own forms to complete.

At least that is the way I understand it is done in Ca.  I have done a few Foreclosures sales and each investors highers their own BPO and each opinion is similiar to an appraisal but on their forms, because each investor is looking at different things

good luck
