Is anyone using a z57.com website? How well does it work to increase buyer and seller leads?

Z57, Custom or any site ...even the most highly targeted Lead Capture Site will produce nothing by itself regardless of the sales pitch ;)

After making sure your lead capture and followup systems are sound and ready..then it's time to turn your attention to generating traffic to the site...  Organic SEO takes time..you might want to consider using PPC to start out...  for starting out on a small budget, the key is to identify less expensive but highly targeted terms and make sure the ads land them on poages specifically created and designed to capture leads for those terms ..  do NOT just land them on the homepage of your website.... That's one of the biggest mistakes made.  PPC can produce a nice ROI but time and care must be taken to do it right.

I've actually been very happy with my Advanced Access website, but I'm adding a new area now so I decided to try Z57 because it seems that the San Diego Association is pretty connected to them.  They use pretty generic boiler plate frames, but they do have a lot of good information on them.  I'm very technically challenged so this website will be somewhat challenging for me.

Hi, Cheryl,

Thanks for the input about the websites.  I am a San Diego Realtor as well.  I was thinking of trying Advanced Access and z57 too.  Hope it is working out for you.  Linda P
