Great Recommendations Saul. Here's a few more.
Shades - Ocean Beach: http://www.shadesob.com/ It's
right on the water and has reasonable priced American Food.
Rainwaters - Downtown: http://www.rainwaters.com/home.html
Fine dining with an excellent menu. Many vip's eat here
including Barak Obama.
The Cohen restaurants are great . If you're a Costco shopper
you can pick up a $100 gift card for about $80.

Hi everyone,
In just a few weeks I hope to see many of you in San Diego at
the National Association of REALTORS Trade Show and Convention. I
have been asked for a short list of restaurants by a few of you so
here it is
Reasonable prices are hard to define, but my wife Janie and I,
and John and wife Patty enjoy and have eaten numerous times at the
following, posted here with links for your review:
Please note that there are many good restaurants in San Diego in
the vicinity of the Convention Center.
The Gaslamp Quarter on 4th and 5th Avenue is known for having
great choices.
One of my favorites for Italian is http://www.trattorialastrada.com/
Another in the Gaslamp is http://www.cohnrestaurants.com/restaurants/bluepoint/
Great Mexican food and freshly baked tortilla At The
Guadalajara, in Old Town: http://www.bazaardelmundo.com/guad2006.shtml
The Fish Market, right next to the aircraft carrier Midway
(close to Seaport Village) is good, http://www.thefishmarket.com/locations.aspxid=6
Out in Ocean Beach is a very quaint and excellent restaurant,
Thee Bungalow (http://www.cohnrestaurants.com/restaurants/theebungalow/)
One of the classiest restaurants in San Diego is Mister A's
on 5th avenueyou can watch the airplanes land as you sit on the
balcony, and from your table (http://www.bertrandatmisteras.com/)
The best fresh seafood without a doubt (very casual, picnic
tables) is Point Loma Seafoods (http://www.pointlomaseafoods.com/)
Also in Ocean Beach, for the best hamburgers and "Local
Color," would be Hodad's (http://www.hodadies.com/)
Go to http://RoyalHawaiian.com and click
on my San
Diego link at the bottom of the page for a quick guide of
interesting spots in what we refer to as "America's Finest
City."

How about offering an alternative search site as well:
http://www.zipappraisers.com/
this way you've provided three sources for referrals & your
client can make an unbiased decision.
Just my opinion.

Good idea. Thanks Stephen, I'll add this site to my list.

Juanita Williams has a request for a lock box combination for an
ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY she is "working" with.
"The asset management company I am working with wanted
a
specific combo so their field agent could access the house
whenever."
Unfortunately the lock boxes are for Cooperating Agents.
If the Asset Managment company is interested in ACCESS they should
already have a key in their position. The lock boxes are for MLS
agents ONLY!!!!! What a bunch of bones heads!

I think Robert meant a "key" like a regular key, the
way that HUD keys their properties.
However, yes, Robert, Supras are limited to MLS membership, but a
combo-box has no such restrictions.
You can buy a combo-box at HomeDepot... and they make good
housewarming gifts for buyers with kids, maids, in-laws, or again,
having contractors in and out.... always advise them to change the
code once in a while.

Why not have an MLS approved lock box AND a combo box then
everybody is happy. Common practice in our area!

Sorry Robert, You are not correct on this one. As an REO agent
I need to have workers go into the property all the time and that
is the reason we use combo lock boxes on REO properties. As to your
suggestion that the banks and their workers get a supra key Your
Association and/or MLS whichever one controls the lock boxes will
not allow a non-member/non-REALTOR obtain a lock box under the
majority of lock box rules throughout the country. Yes, there are
some that do have exceptions to those rules but that is rare.

I used agent blitz for a few months and was very suprised at how
bad the service was ot to mention how rude the people I spoke to
there were. I use agent Image right now and they are a lot better
with service but I am still not 100% satisfied with them. My
current website is www.BlakeRickels.com. Feel free
to
contact me via email if you have any questions about my
experience with agent image or have a good website design company

My question: Do you call a person that you have never met a
friend And is Facebook for friendship
It looks like you have a different opinion about being a friend or
having friends, even those you have never met before.
I have only a few friends and those are the one I can trust and
know for many years.
I communicate with my friends, most of them in Europe, over the
phone and via email, I network with people because of the interest
I have in certain subject like related Real Estate or with the
Mercedes club or about Photography. But I think I can not call
these people friends.

If you set yourself up as a company site, then you have fans,
not friends. So Facebook works on many different levels, all
depending on what you want to do with it.

If you want to get residential real estate sold you have to
get it PRICED RIGHT! Don't get me wrong, it's like dating!
Who wants to date the ugly duckling. Right Who wants to pay for a
tux and then be seen with the nerd at the prom But according to
NAR 84% of buyers (house hunters) are searching online, maybe
that's why they are not buying or at least making offers that
are reasonable. Maybe we've all been depending to much on
technology to make the sale. All a prospect has to do is go to a
NAR APPROVED website such as house values or zillow or any MLS
linked Real Estate Web-Czar to get all the necessary information,
right Personally I think our market is suffering
from.(((information overload))). We've all been lead to believe
that "information" sells, especially when it'f free
or at least close to free! I'm not going to argue the fact that
information is part of the equation. I'm also not going to
argue the fact that condition and presentation is as equally
important. But who's gonna fight progress, right Besides
it's (((FREE))). Maybe we are just getting what we pay for
Don't you think it would be a good idea to fix the
"dissemination of information equation" before we get all
worked up over cosmetics and a face lift Especially if the
property isn't worth the mortgage balance based on the last 90
days of sales in the hood
