Which Sells Better - Furnished Homes or Unfurnished

For example, the lawn may not be properly watered and mowed or the walkways will have weeds growing through or be covered with dirt or debris. Never forget that curb appeal is a huge selling point for many home buyers. You never get a second chance to make a first impression with anything, including Colorado Springs real estate.
