Jan. 10, 2008 - Foreclosure Help

There is a website set up by the goverment to help with the ins and outs of foreclosure.  As painful as it might be, as much as you would like to bury you head in the sand it will not go away by itself.

You need to take action and this website may help,

There's a problem with the link.

http://www.foreclosurehlp.nv.gov/ doesn't go anywhere.

The actual site is listed below:
http://foreclosurehelp.nv.gov/

There's a lot of good information on the site, provided with taxpayer dollars, which probably could have been better used by giving back the money to homeowners so they could make their mortgage payments in the first place. But, as a band-aid type of pandering solution, the website provides important information.

Contacting the lender, having the right phone number, and knowing where to file a complaint if there is massive fraud involved are all important points for homeowners to be aware of when dealing with foreclosure.

Just wanted to clear up the link, though, since I know search engines do not like links that go nowhere. Strange that the site would work without the "www" but not with it, but such is the internet.
