Commercial Real Estate for Eco Brokers

Dear Eco Brokers,

We have a new client in Chattanooga who is working on her Eco Broker and will also specialize in eco friendly commercial buildings. Does anyone have information they would like to share with the group regarding commercial properties that are LEED certified and that they are selling?

The sky is the limit for those agents that get onboard with green real estate.
