Here's the web site with all the details:
http://www.greenresourcecouncil.org/
Bob, I was in the class of 237 Realtors in Orlando and I don't know how you received your GREEN designation, as the required followup class hasn't even been announced or offered. You are jumping the gun...an example of greenwashing?
The Ecobroker course can substitute for the followup online course, but all has to be okayed by the council and NAR and I get the impression they will be keeping a tight rein.
If you'd like more info on how the course went, feel free to contact me.
Ahh, been on vacation visiting my Southern US family and a bit out of touch. It's been good.
I am so sorry I did not know who you were as we could of meet at this two day meeting.
I have been a ECO- Broker and am committed to the so called GREEN movement and was so happy to see so many Realtors at this meeting.
Yes, in my excitement I an talking up the NAR GREEN program. I know as you do my education in ECO-Broker will allow me to now be one of the first NAR GREENs out there and will add this to my business cards and marketing materials when it becomes Official but because I know its coming and am qualified to get it....not realy grenwashing...
Lets be nice and the truth does matter...a little ahead but well not on my marketing stuff to the public so is jnot being misled and if it upsetting to you I am sorry.
Where are your located?
Look forward to the begining of a GREEN friendship...MoonstoneBob
Bob,
Thank you for your gentle response to Tish. Times are so hard for many, that it's the little things that count. Paying forward in kindness is what I would expect from someone that understands the philosophy behind green living.
Green living means simplicity, caring about our planet, and helping others along the way.
Have a nice day.

Yes, please give us more information. This is something I truely believe and practice it in my daily life. Are there any websites you can recommend ? Or any tips you can share ?
There are so many options for you and would love you to join the GREEN social networks here.
However, you should look into the educational experience offered by NAR GREEN Council at Realtor.org. It's provides the foundation for so much other Green experiences.
Also check out ECO-Broker Certified course work for a on-line experience.
Best luck and look forward to beginning a GREEN friendship here, MoonstoneBob
Thanks for the responce and I will check out these options!!!
This seems like a course that will be a good selling tool. I would consider taking it.
Hi Vin,
I would like to encourage everyone to take the Eco Broker course as well.

I am 1 of 12 from CA who are part of the Foundation of the REsource Council. I don's see anyone from SD on the list.
In my market I am the one and only....some one had to be first and I wanted that realtor to be me.....in SLO, Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties.
I may even change my business name....I will be off and running by Christmas gift giving and card sending time. I have a 2000 mailing list and will continue to move them to my paperless e-mail system. Have been paperless transactions already and now going to work harder on this
Going for a walk on the beach with my dog...it's a super day....your Green buddy, MoonstoneBob
