I would like to invite anyone who is involved in sustainable and renewable energy. This directly affects how we see real estate in the future.

You don't have to be a tree hugger to join. Simple ideas that can help your buyers and sellers understand the power of retrofitting their homes to be more environmentally friendly.

I would like to encourage comments about green home sales. We need more information about days on market for a green home versus a traditional home sale.
